- Focus on your keywords
Filter out keywords. Make use of keywords/phrases that are relevant to your site. Adjust your keywords properly in various pages of your website. Remember don’t overdo it. Do not repeat keywords uselessly. Fit them into title or headings or links. - Do not cheat Google

Users need something that is elaborative. They are in the search of content rather than design. People will never look at your site if your site doesn’t have the content they are looking for. Each page should contain H1 tags and the rest paragraph i.e. content. - Keep your code clean and neat.

Search engines give more attention on links on your site and words used on the link. Avoid writing “click here” or “read more” or “see here”. It should be short phrase( for eg. “9 factors of internal linking”) that takes user to a particular link.
